On Motivation – digital resource

€10,00

This publication relates to motives = what moves people to do certain work well and other work not. As such it has to do with motivation. Which is, indeed, part of good leadship and good teamship.

In this paper we want to help persons in leadship positions or with leadship activities with their self-reflection. Questions reflected on are:

1) Are motives intrinsically individual or can they also be managed collectively?
2) Are there motives/motivations that are more common than others?
3) How to keep on top? Is there an easy model, easy to memorise for daily practical applications?
